Stress Module is similar to the Portfolio module, but it includes Risk columns that will allow you to predict the financial movements (for example: impact on the profit if the price is changed) based on the given scenarios.

When you are checking an option instrument – you should keep in mind that it is the underlier`s price that`s getting stressed.
The stress scenarios are used in the Stress module to shock the instrument prices for selected valuation mode.
When you choose certain valuation mode, the Stress Scenario field in the Filters curtain is populated by default with stress scenarios that are belonging to that mode (This is all defined in the Valuation mode already). Anyway, you can choose one or more of the offered ones. The reason is that every stress scenario is defined for certain valuation modes. The Valuation Mode and Stress Scenarios are required filters when it comes to Stress module.

By choosing say valuation mode Stress Live and stress scenario Stress by Sector, the grid highlights up to emphasize freshly fetched data – if the streaming is on.
